As you can't mount in the Maw at the start of the expansion, you'll have limited mobility to traverse the area. The most popular solution was Gunshoes, but on the Shadowlands Beta, these have been hotfixed and now no longer can be activated in the Maw, but still work in other zones.

From our exclusive interview with Ion Hazzikostas, he revealed that rewards from the Great Vault will not contain loot from the Stone Legion Generals or Denathrius until you've defeated them at least once. The loot of these bosses is higher item level and you won't be able to RNG into a Mythic Denathrius Item only having killed the first couple bosses of Mythic.
