This combo has a lot of steps to perform, and the timing of it is even more precise than the Bladestorm one. We are going to use 3 different gear sets:
First gear set is the Tomb of Sargeras set bonus for Warrior (Item - Warrior T20 Fury 4P Bonus
) that makes your Blutdurst
get a 50% damage boost after each Wütender Schlag
(if you talent into Inner Rage) Stacking up to 500%
Second set is an Azerite set with Aufziehender Sturm
traits. Aufziehender Sturm
makes your Klingensturm
increase your strength for 6 seconds. Most traits are usually nerfed in PvP by 50%, but if you stack it up before entering PvP combat, it won't be nerfed at all!
The interesting thing about both of the sets I listed above, is that the buffs will remain after you remove the gear pieces. This makes you able to stack up a huge boost to Blutdurst
, followed by a huge strength boost from Aufziehender Sturm
, followed by swapping into a low ilvl set (with most pieces below 287)
The reason we want to use low ilvl gear is because PvP scaling is a feature that makes you do more damage the lower ilvl gear you are using (with 286 ilvl pieces is the highest you could use to still gain maximum benefit from PvP scaling). What I mean by that, is using 286 ilvl pieces gives you the same PvP dmg boost as if you were naked.
Normally PvP scaling might not be better than having gear, but thanks to a MASSIVE strength boost from Gathering Storms, as well as potions etc. The % gain from PvP scaling is by far better than using "good" gear.
Hardest part of the combo is timing it, since the buff for Blutdurst
only lasts for 10 seconds. After that you must have time to Klingensturm
and reach your target before the buff expires!
The full combo is that you stack up Todeswunsch
and the Blutdurst
set bonus on an NPC (preferably Sanft gedrückte Kröte
as Alliance), or a training dummy as Horde (with Handliche Kleintierkanone
being used for the combo itself) You must get out of combat quickly to swap gear, which is an issue versus training dummies.
You could wait for your legendary cloak proc if you want additional damage. (this one also remain if you swap gear)
Once you are ready to perform the combo, use Tollkühnheit
and then refresh your Blutdurst
buff one last time. Swap gear into Gathering Storms and then Klingensturm
After your Klingensturm
, you change gear into a low ilvl set and then Rampage a toad or critter you spawned beforehand. Use Blood of the enemy before heroic leaping onto the enemy and then crush them with a massive Bloodthirst crit!
